- Monthly plan: Initial charge at time of subscription, subsequent charges at each monthly auto-renewal
- Annual plan: Initial charge at time of subscription, subsequent charges at each annual auto-renewal

- Token toppings: One-time charge at time of purchase
Service Delivery Timing
The service is available immediately upon completion of payment.
Returns and Cancellations
This Service provides digital content. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided after purchase as a general rule.
Monthly Plans and Storage Toppings
- Cancellation is available at any time. After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds for mid-term cancellation.
- You can stop future charges by canceling before the day prior to the next renewal date.
Annual Plans
- Refunds are not provided as a general rule. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in unavoidable circumstances.
Token Toppings
- As a one-time purchase, no refunds will be provided after purchase.

Special Notes
- This service is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service).
- File upload limit: Free plan up to 100MB per file, Pro/Team plans up to 500MB per file
- Supported file formats: Text, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, PDF, audio files (speech-to-text is Pro/Team only), etc.
- AI tokens are reset on a monthly cycle starting from the account creation date. Unused tokens do not carry over.
- Tokens purchased through token toppings have no expiration date and remain available until fully consumed.
